Amelia Farm Day 2

Different day same … well not really every day is different from the last in every way!

The morning was spent making a wooden tree guard, but without kids, a little disappointing from my point of view, but not to worry!

However the afternoon was interesting, digging holes with reluctant kids. They got involved eventually after protesting that they didn’t want to do this or that! Odd how competitive they get, even over the small matter of moving barrow loads of earth!

Slowly learning a bit about some of these kids, there really is no hope for them in the regular school system!

If you stick your head above the parapet, expect to get it shot at! On a lighter not, Today was fascinating. I had two really great conversations.
